What ages is the equipment for?

Our equipment is designed for children ages 0 to 6 years old. The soft foam construction makes it safe for babies, toddlers, and young kids to explore freely.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Popular dates fill up fast, so the earlier the better.
How long does setup and pickup take?

Setup takes about 30 to 45 minutes and pickup takes about 30 minutes. This time is not counted against your rental, so every minute is play time.
Where can the equipment be set up?

We set up indoors or outdoors, including backyards, parks, and event halls. A flat surface of at least 10x10 feet is needed for most setups.
Is everything cleaned between rentals?

Yes. Every piece is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with child-safe products after every single rental. Your kids safety is our top priority.
