Booking
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Popular dates fill up fast, so the earlier the better.
How long is the rental?
Every package includes 4 hours of play. Setup and pickup don't count against that time.
What's included in every package?
4 hours of play, delivery, setup and pickup, cushioned floor mats, a safety fence, a kids' shoe storage box, and sanitizing after every rental.
How much is delivery?
The delivery fee varies by location. When you request your date, we confirm your total with delivery included.
Can you add my child's name?
Yes. We can add a custom name sign to the ball pit. Just mention it when you check your date.
Setup & space
How long do setup and pickup take?
Setup takes about 30 to 45 minutes and pickup about 30 minutes.
How much space do I need?
A flat area. Play areas measure 10×10, 14×14 or 18×18 ft depending on the package. Not sure? Tell us about your space and we'll recommend the right size.
Do you set up indoors or outdoors?
Both. We set up in backyards, parks and event halls.
Where do you deliver?
We're based in Miami and South Florida, with mobile service across all of Florida.
Safety
What ages is the equipment for?
Our equipment is designed for children ages 0 to 6. The soft foam construction makes it safe for babies, toddlers and young kids to explore freely.
Is everything cleaned?
Yes. Every piece is sanitized with child-safe products after every rental.
What safety features are included?
Every setup includes cushioned floor mats and a safety fence around the play area.
